Newport Stripes - Scarf for Newport Cigarette
GREAT SCARF. Logo on Corner of SCARF: "Newport Stripes" Newport Cigarettes! The Scarf is designed with a background of teal blue or the same color as a package of NEWPORT CIGARETTES, through the center of which is a wide band of stripes in yellow/pink/pale lavendar/light teal/teal and a repeat. It is exceptionally striking. A great addition to your collection and a great Scarf to wear! In very good condition - no holes or tears. The Scarf measures approximately 29" Square.

Advtg Button for Sweet Caporal Cigarettes
This is circa 1896. It is a round lapel button or collar button pin with a picture of Madame Martinot on the front and the back inside reads: Sweet Corporal Cigarettes - Buttones Made by the Whitehead Hoag Co., Newark, N. J. Pat July 21 1896 Pat July 17 1894 Pat April 14 1896. The pin is very old and the back shows some deterioration. It measures 7/8" in Diameter. ENJOY!

3 Piece Set Crystal/GoldPlated Brass
This is just a fabulous vintage Set. It consists of a footed cigarette holder & 2 matching ashtrays - also footed. The ashtray bowls & holder bowl are a prism faceted glass or crystal - then set on an ornate brass plated footed base. They are heavy, and from the bottom it appears that it is a heavy brass that has been plated in gold. These mountings come apart so that the glass components can be cleaned or washed. Each one is marked with the number 5718 which I assume to be the pattern # at the time of manufacture. They are very baroque in their "feel". The Cigarette Holder measures 5"Tall the 2 Ashtrays measure 4"Tall x with a diameter of 4 1/4". I found 1 tiny ding in the crystal of one ashtray - the plating is overall in good condition with some wear, which in my opinion only adds to its beauty. This Set is heavy.
