Complete with soft twisted rope shoulder strap and a matching tassel on the zipper. It is a zippered closure and measures 7"W x 5"L x 1 1/2"D. It is in excellent condition, showing virtually no wear at all. ENJOY! SONIA RYKIEL was born in Paris in 1930. She began designing when pregnant and couldn't find any maternity clothes that she liked. Her focus was in knitwear and in particular skinny sweaters with raised armholes. These were designed in distinctive colors and striped pattern. She is known as the Queen of Knitwear! It has a combination braided black and goldtone chain and solid black shoulder strap. It measures 9"W x 5 1/2"L x 2 1/4"D. The front is a foldover snap closure flap in a quilted design. Inside is a zippered compartment, along with a removable key chain and a mirror on the inside of the flap. There is another section which contains a snap closure attached change purse - a section for credit card size cards and a place on either side for bills or whatever. On the back side is a velcro closure eyeglass/sunglass case and then a zippered section which when opened has: a memo pad; a checkbook slot; a removable vinyl place for photographs; the next section has a built in flat computer; a 12 month planner; another section for credit cards; a zippered section and another pocket. The Cigarette Case measures 3"L x 3 1/2"W. The matching Lipstick Case measures 2 1/8"Long. All the petitepointe is edged in granulated work. A real treasure! A lipstick/mirro/perfume bottle with a locking mechanism set in gold tone base metal with the mirror covered in a frame of seed pearls and micro relief beadwork in a tiny rose and leaf design. This is just a treasure. The lipstick tube shows no use of lipstick having been inserted. There is no odor to the perfume bottle and the mirror has no peeling or cracks. There is some wear to the goldtone, which may be from aging. The only mark is: Pat. Pend. on the bottom of the lipstick tube. The entire piece measures 2 7/8"Wide x 1 1/2"Long. ENJOY! this little treasure. The only reference I could find was that at one time WIESNER OF MIAMI manufactured this type of mechanism, however this piece has a definite European flair to it. The front of the frame is a marblized lucite carved in gold leaved stems with marquise rhinestone accents. The chain on the purse measures 12". The overall measurements of the purse are: Width at bottom 10" - height is 5 3/4" - the depth is 1 1/2". Frame #2982. The frame is goldplated over brass with signatures on the inside of the frame. The Lining is in good condition with no stains or tears. The overall condition is very good with only some minor nicks on the top of the frame from normal use.
