THIS IS A MAGNIFICENT 1940s GILDED BRASS & CINNABAR BROOCH. This piece of jewelry is magnificent. The Brooch measures 1 5/8"L x 4 1/8"W. The border of the Brooch is a granualted leaf design - the interior is all openwork filigree - the center is a 25mm round carved cinnabar bezel set in a very ornate bezel design with a sunburst around the bezel.
