To the best of my research, this is from the SAMSAN COMPANY of Rhode Island -- founded 1943 by Pasco Sammartino. Signed on the back -- circa late 60s. The Bow Brooch measures 2 1/4"W x 1 3/4"H x 1/2"D. The clipback Earrings measure 7/8"W x 6/8"L. A very feminine Set. ENJOY!
