| This is just a fabulous vintage Set. It consists of a footed cigarette holder & 2 matching ashtrays - also footed. The ashtray bowls & holder bowl are a prism faceted glass or crystal - then set on an ornate brass plated footed base. They are heavy, and from the bottom it appears that it is a heavy brass that has been plated in gold. These mountings come apart so that the glass components can be cleaned or washed. Each one is marked with the number 5718 which I assume to be the pattern # at the time of manufacture. They are very baroque in their "feel". The Cigarette Holder measures 5"Tall the 2 Ashtrays measure 4"Tall x with a diameter of 4 1/4". I found 1 tiny ding in the crystal of one ashtray - the plating is overall in good condition with some wear, which in my opinion only adds to its beauty. This Set is heavy.
