This is a beautiful unsigned Whittall & Shon Cocktail Hat. Very dressy and chic! The top is open and the circular crown is 3 1/2"Wide with a 8 1/2" in diameter ruffled circle filled with silver beaded and sequin flower and leaves. It has 5 long narrow silver stiff streamers.
